Announcements
- Following our meeting, we'll be participating in the ARRL winter field day from the American Red Cross radio room in the rear of the complex. If you plan on operating, you may bring your own equipment to try out. In particular, bring headphones you are comfortable with and audio splitter cables with a 3.5mm male connector for attachment to station transceivers.
- As this will be the first meeting of the year, we'll be collecting annual dues. Please fill out our membership form found here to help us maintain our records.
- We are still looking for volunteer net control operators to host one or more of our Tuesday night 2m nets. The script prominately posted at the 'Downloads' tab above will guide you along with little effort.
- Contact Mark if you are interested in license exam testing. Also, see the 'Exam Sessions' link above for more information.
- If you have a photo of your ham shack or favorite operating location, please send it on and I'll post them for all our members see... and comment!! Please include your callsign in the photo. Images submitted so far can be found here!
- If you'd like to be added to our email reflector and share in the dialog between club members and local area hams, send me a request.
