Announcements
- As this is the start of a new year, our Treasurer will be collecting club dues. It is easiest to pay cash at the upcoming January meeting. New members should fill out the form that can be found at the yellow Club Membership tab at the top of this page.
- The primary agenda item for the January meeting is the election of new officers. Please consider volunteering to serve the club for the next year in the positions of President or Vice President. As a minimum, give some thought to persons you believe could make a positive impact in the club and be prepared to make nominations.
- BVARC is receptive to OFARC members joining them for winter field day at Duhacsek Park. If you are interested in volunteering, contact the BVARC club here.
- See the Events tab about for the latest schedule for 2m Net Control Operators. We are still looking for more volunteers. It's not that hard; all you have to do is read the script.
- Repairing an old rig or want to learn more about an old radio you heard about or saw at a hamfest? Check out the online radio museum here.
- Contact Mark if you are interested in License exam testing. Also, see the "Exam Sessions" link above for more information.
- If you have a photo of your ham shack or favorite operating location, please send it on and I'll post them for all our members see... and comment!! Please include your callsign in the photo. Images submitted so far can be found here!
