- Our secretary reminds us of the following:
- Its time for 2023 membership renewal: A number of you are paid through 2023, for others it’s the annual dues. Still $20. See the membership tab above.
- 2m Net Controls Operators: OKAY, we need others... It's not that hard. Let's step up.
- Presenters: The meetings are carried by a few individuals. We will try to make the meetings more interactive. Anybody with a project or activity can talk about it. Maybe some more topics and videos.
- Hands-on activity: In the past we have had hands-on sessions; soldering, antenna projects, radio testing, etc. We will look to have some of this in 2023 that can be completed during the session.
- VEs: Its easy to become a VE so that might be a goal for some.
- License Upgrades: Techs should make the goal of upgrading to at least General Class. Plenty of resources out there.
- Dormant Members: A number of folks have not participated in club activity in some time so maybe 2023 is the time to get acquainted again.
- Other offline meetings: We should use the zoom meetings more regularly. We have pay for an account. Lets use it.
- Contact Mark if you are interested in License exam testing. Also, see the "Exam Sessions" link above for more information.
- If you have a photo of your ham shack or favorite operating location, please send it on and I'll post them for all our members see... and comment!! Please include your callsign in the photo. Images submitted so far can be found here!
- If you'd like to be added to our email reflector and share in the dialog between club members and local area hams, send me a request.
